This toolkit's software is licensed under a commercial license and an open source license.

Please be aware of the license types and which is the correct one to use based on your development project. In order to get started developing with a commercial version, are unsure which license suits your development project best, or for further information please use the contact form.

Commercial License Usage

Licensees holding valid commercial licenses may use the software in accordance with the commercial license agreement provided with the Software or, alternatively, in accordance with the terms contained in a written agreement between you and Tobias Lorenz resp. his company ToMiLo.

The software licensed under the commercial license agreement is appropriate for development of proprietary/commercial software where you do not want to share any source code with third parties or otherwise cannot comply with the terms of the GNU GPL version 3.0.

GNU General Public License 3.0 Usage

Alternatively, this file may be used under the terms of the GNU General Public License version 3.0 as published by the Free Software Foundation and appearing in the file LICENSE.GPL included in the packaging of this file. Contributor Agreement

Every contributor has to sign a contributor agreement. We usually take the ones from contributoragreements.org. The contributor agreement transfers the copyrights of your contribution to us and leaves us with the possibility to offer commercial licenses.
